Construction Method Series "NAKS"
General method using the middle excavation expansion root reinforcement technique.
The NAKS method is classified as an embedded pile method using precast concrete piles and is a middle excavation enlarged root solidification method. This method involves excavating the ground at the pile tip using a spiral auger inserted into the hollow part of the pile and a specially designed mechanical or hydraulic enlarged bit, allowing the pile to be installed by its own weight or forced pressure input. The enlarged bit excavates below the outer diameter of the pile until it reaches the supporting layer, at which point the enlarged wings open wider than the outer diameter of the pile, creating an enlarged bulb at the pile tip through the mixture of solidification fluid and sand/gravel from the supporting layer. 【Features】 ○ Reliable track record ○ High bearing capacity with a safe and secure method ○ Minimal amount of excavated soil ○ Improved construction accuracy ○ Low noise and vibration with no secondary pollution For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
